By utilizing AutoCAD design files directly linked to our automated CNC cutting machines, we eliminate human error during the fabrication phase. This means your cooktops, undermount sinks, and complex edge profiles fit exactly as planned.

But technology is only half the battle. Our installation teams are true stone artisans. They handle transport, leveling, structural reinforcements, and seam matching so that the final installation looks like a single, seamless block of stone.

Our High-Tech Workflow

AutoCAD Digital Blueprinting

We digitize the measurements of your space into detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD blueprints. This maps every faucet layout, sink cutout, and splash layout to eliminate on-site surprises.

Automated CNC Slab Processing

The AutoCAD blueprint file directly feeds our state-of-the-art automated CNC stone router. Diamond blades and waterjet heads cut through quartz, granite, or marble with micrometric accuracy.

Detail Polishing & Profile Handcrafting

Once shaped by the CNC, the edges (Eased, Bullnose, Ogee, or seamless Mitered edges) are carefully polished by hand and tools to guarantee a mirrored shine and smooth feel.

Professional Shock-Absorbing Logistics

Finished stones are strapped to padded industrial A-frame racks and transported vertically on custom heavy-duty trucks to prevent micro-cracks or shipping stress.

Synchronized On-Site Installation

Our specialized installation crew fits the countertops on-site. We use suction cup levelers and color-matched epoxy resins to ensure joints are virtually invisible to the eye.
